Individual Therapy

We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Our providers use a variety of approaches that are geared towards the needs of our clients. Sessions are 45-60 minutes depending on need and insurance coverage.

Couples Therapy

We help enhance the relationship with your significant other through couples therapy. Our providers focus on communication and infidelity. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Family Therapy

With every family there is conflict and differences. We aim to further develop communication between members, in order to lessen the stress of balancing parenting duties with other life obligations. Family sessions are 60 minutes.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a tool that has been proven to be an effective form of treatment for many conditions and unwanted habits. It consists of exercises that bring about deep concentration and a relaxed state of consciousness. Hypnotherapy can improve weight management, increase healthy eating habits, enhance motivation, boost self-esteem, release stress and tension, improve school performance, and help manage pain. Sessions are 60 minutes.

While we have extensive experience working with the above issues, our clinicians do not specialize in working with psychotic disorders, eating disorders or working with individuals who are non-verbal. We can provide a path to community resources to individuals who would benefit from specialized treatment in these areas. While many of our clients have co-occurring substance use difficulties, GIFTS does not provide primary Substance Use Disorder treatment, such as detox services and would refer out if an individual would benefit from this treatment modality.
