Responsibilities
- Client Interaction and Scheduling: Schedule client appointments, greet clients, manage telephones, and coordinate staff schedules in alignment with clients' needs. 
- Billing and Payments: Collect client payments and ensure consistent and appropriate billing practices. 
- Administrative Support: Serve as administrative support for GIFTS staff, including inputting new clients into the EHR system and obtaining initial authorizations for care through insurance companies. 
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain office cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned. 
- Compliance: Maintain and adhere to COMAR and HIPAA regulations. 
Qualifications
- High school diploma 
- Ability to pass a criminal background check 
- At least two years' experience in providing administrative services in a behavioral health environment (preferred)
